We came in late. Thisc24 hour store bow closes at 10pm. Service was not all that great. No refills offered, and at $3.79 for a soda it should have been. That price was rather much. There was an employee yelling loudly at other employees. Turned out she was the manager. This yelling was frequent and my hubby and I grimaced every time. Does not make us want to come back. Before covid we were rather frequent visitors. Now, not so much. And the prices also make us rethink coming back.
The North County location in Saint Louis Missouri on Lindbergh. One bad waitress/Apple spoiled the barrel. One customer stated that this same waitress treated her the same way two weeks ago. We didn't eat there we got up and went to another location. Description of her because I didn't care to have her name, young black young lady, FYI I'm black as well. So NO I'm NOT prejudice
The waitress messed up my order. Not that big of a deal. Then she over charged me. The manager was no help whatsoever. It was easier to just pay the extra few bucks than to argue about it. I like IHOP's food too much to not go back but, I won't go back to THAT one.
I shared a wonderful breakfast with my son and granddaughter. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and the service provided by staff was very good. The waitress provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend IHOP to others. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Excellent food and service. Prices have gone up, but not many places have kept steady. Have not been disappointed yet.
Great food, fast service, and late at night. Add in that the prices are decent, and you can't really ask for more.
The hostess I believe her name is Sue.. and Isaiah are my favorite.. The food is always good!!!!
