We were just there a few hours ago and Hilda was our server. I cannot express how kind and attentive she was with us. My family and I go there every weekend and she was the best server we have had. She always came back and checked in on us, made sure we had everything we need and she always had a smile on her : towards the end, I forgot that I had a coupon and I felt so bad cause she had to go back and make the adjustment, but when she came back with our check, she had a really cute Mickey pen and I complimented it. As we were getting ready to leave, she came back and gave me a new one and I was seriously touched. It may be nothing, but we rarely see kindness in the world and it honestly mad...
My family and I had Sunday lunch at a restaurant. The server was not very friendly and seemed bossy. Unfortunately, one of our meals was late and the other one never arrived. When I asked the server about it, he just asked if we still wanted the missing order. I was frustrated and questioned if he had taken the order correctly. He showed me the written order, but it was not entered into their system. Eventually, he apologized for the mistake. Overall, the service was disappointing. IHOP now feels more like the intimidating house of pancakes to me.
DO NOT go to this IHOP. We have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. This year, 2023, we notice there are couple of BAD waiters(especially the bald), and the food quality is deteriorating....Same foods costs us $60(not including tip) for two entries: omelette and sampler, two black coffee.You can get a better food and coffee and service in many other places at THIS price
I absolutely adore this restaurant. It is incredibly clean and the service is top-notch. The food is delicious as well. The best part is that they are wheelchair accessible and even provide excellent seating options for those with mobility challenges. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
When did ihop get so spendy? I do love the food there, though!Kid-friendliness: My boys aren't small anymore, but the host still gave us a kids menu when I asked for one. There were lots of kids their that looked happy too.
the breakfast crepes are so good! our sever was also super nice and helpful. great IHOP location. the only thing is it gets loud inside because of how busy it is, but sitting outside is much quieter.
The prices at this restaurant are a bit high, as we paid $75 for breakfast for two adults and a senior. However, the food was delicious.
This IHOP is better than the one in Whittier next to the Whittwood. I will definitely come to this IHOP from now on. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
