I have never been to an iHop like this one, it was dark, dirty and appeared to be closed, although it was full of employees.. My daughter and I were the only dine in customers when we arrived and the staff appeared upset that we were dining in. We were seated at a visibly dirty table and left sitting there for a while..Finally an older lady comes to ask what we would like to drink.. we placed our orders and she came back a while later with drinks. Although she gave me coffee, she didn’t give me anything to mix the coffee with. She never asked me what I would like to go in my coffee, she left a small amount of half&half and sugar (no alternative) and no other options.. She then asks for our o...
We had to ask multiple times for our silverware. I asked for creamer and they brought me hazelnut flavoring. They brought out my husband's tilapia, but no side dishes and no silverware to eat it with. I had to ask for a glass of water. From the time we arrived it took over 20 minutes just for a waitress to come and take our order, and then it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The place was not packed. Plenty of empty booths and seats. Will never stop there again.
terrible service made an order online that was accepted to finish 9:53 clock. they still have time to 10:20 o'clock. well, it wasn't done and when I asked how long this would be waiting, I was not told. wait till about 10:40 o'clock. has not been declared ready yet, so I asked for a refund. the ding before the ihop will tell me that he has to send his manager over a refund by email. the lies are really unnecessary. I can't be disturbed. will not come back
Amelia stated they had no Turkey bacon they were all out she was very rude and not very knowledgeable I asked her could I substitute them not having Turkey bacon for chicken she stated PICK SOMETHING ELSE!!. Her English was very broken she also lied and said she was a manager! Antoinette is a great server she helped us out a lot!
