Ihop - Tisch reservieren

Considering that I was extremely polite the entire time, this place treated me horribly. First, a guy sat me very nonchalantly, as well as many other patrons there. Me, as well as two tables surrounding me waited upward of 15-20 minutes. We finally some service, which was a very unpleasant experience. I had gone to change my baby but there was a girl who had locked herself in the bathroom screaming at someone. I had asked if there was somewhere else I could change my baby and they said “the floor?” After waiting for another 30ish minutes after this incident (still no food), I went to check the bathrooms again and she was still there. I would avoid this place at all costs. I ended up leaving after roughly 1.5 hrs without ever seeing my food. They didn 't have plain coffee cream, only artificially flavored coffee whitener which I cannot drink without getting nauseous; and my waitress insisted this is not only cream but also that this the only coffee creamer they have where on earth does this kind of service and attitude come from? At least go get us some milk. We asked for lemon wedges to add to our water which never came during our 1.5 infuriating hours there. We arrived at 10 am, hungry, and were seated right away; however, we were ignored for 45 minutes while servers walked around us, with menus in hand looking around, until we inquired about who was helping us. Not to mention that the air conditioning seemed to be out, and I, along with other patrons, were fanning ourselves with the menus that we hoped would not be taken away. After the wait, a server gave us a passive apology stating that she didn 't know she had a table. After ordering, our food took another 25 minutes to come to the table. Worst experience at a Ihop ever! Took forever for them to sit you down, take your order and deliver it. Had to wait over 1 hr 30 min for the food to be served. One of the chefs left the kitchen to have a smoking break. Didn’t have proper silverware. The entire staff including the managers had a terrible attitude, fighting with each other, fighting with the customers. When asking for silverware again, the manager gave us attitude and insulted my father who is disabled and in a wheel chair saying “Don’t come crippling up on me” . Diamond was great. Management needs to fix the vinyl booths and fix the coffee brewers too. Our food came out before coffee? Also to go plastic ware packs for dine in is terrible. Do better IHOP.Food: 2/5
