We ordered food for Father’s Day today and it was the worst food we ever had . It says under new management, smh, they need to go out of business! The food was cold, some not even cooked enough, had to reheat everything and 2 dinners had to be thrown away because it was eggs. My mom got chicken crepes that use to be on the menu but now are not, however, the server said they could still make it. The crepes were barely cooked they tasted and looked like soggy noodles, there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and she didn’t even get the sauces she asked for yet they charged us! Absolutely the worst breakfast I've had ever. Eggs were tasteless and gross. I don't even know what you guys did to this bacon to make it taste so bad it's like it's been sitting around since yesterday like really how do you ruin bacon. Pre cooked bacon in the dry sections of supermarkets taste better then what I ate. Don't waste your time eating here a child could cook better food for you. cooks and staff should be ashamed to give this food to customers. Obviously the new management is just as bad or worse then the last ones
I hadn't been to IHop in decades and was pleasantly surprised by the changes to the menu. I ordered Pancakes and Eggs and they were delicious! The service was fantastic and the menu had a wide variety of options. The food was not your typical diner fare, but incredibly tasty. The portions were generous, so I was able to take leftovers home. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would give it 10 stars!
The staff, food, and overall experience at this restaurant are all amazing. The only issue is the music that is played during breakfast hours, which is usually classical and opera and can be unbearable. Despite this, the location, food, and staff are all top-notch. Special thanks to our waiter Alex and the attentive manager with medium/long black hair who always makes us feel welcome.
Visiting IHOP Kenvil surprised us in so many ways. The place is wide open, food as delicious as always, but Will made a difference in service, we had two special needs, and he was extremely patient and empathetic. He was always attentive to our needs. His attitude was more as a team leader. He should be a manager and/or coach for other IHOPs. Things will be better. Thank you, Will!
Our server, Carly, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only was she on top of our many requests, but she was incredibly sweet and friendly. Hadn't been to IHOP in a very long time because of bad service in the past, but she definitely changed my mind. Wonderful!
I can't say anything bad about this place. came to lunch while the family got breakfast. yea they will see unlimited pancakes, but after 2 orders they can no longer eat lol. beautiful workers here. is recommended to all.
The coffee is good, and the pancakes always have a great texture. The waffles are also delicious. The sandwiches are very filling if you're not in the mood for breakfast. The senior's menu offers great value.
Used to be happy with this IHOP but last two times were awful. Cold pancakes, cold eggs and overall bad quality. Not coming back.
