I wish I can give zero star. This IHOP location has a terrible terrible manager and her name is Rodriguez. She is very rude and unprofessional. She let group of people just walked in to sit whatever they wanted and had the ppl waiting and not even care.After we complained she said go ahead and write your bad reviews. Apparently she has no heart for this job. That?s the worseIHOP location I?ve ever been. I hope her supervisor can give her a lesson. That?s not the way you supposed to treat yourcustomers.
Waited 10 minutes to be greeted after walking in although there was someone standing at the register. It would have been fine if someone had just said ?hi, we will be right with you? don?t make eye contact with me and then blatantly ignore me. Was finallyseated at a gross table, waited another 10 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. We left without ordering and wewent when it?s wasn?t busy.
Her omelets are enormous! I ordered a vegetarian one, and it was stuffed with mushrooms and plenty of other vegetables. I couldn't even finish it because it was so large! It’s fantastic value for the price, and the service was great, even during the early hours. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because the place looks a bit worn and could really benefit from a deep clean and some updates.
The service was awful tonight. I always come to this place, not sure what happened tonight. Today the drinks took too long, the order was incompleted. I asked for appetizer and never got it (Server apologize for). We asked for dessert and the food wassitting on the counter for a while and nobody brought it to the table? so we decided do not take anymore?!!! Sometimes has toimprove.

It's been a while since I last had a meal here. Everything was good I was amazed at the amount of changes they have made to their menu. And very good changes ???? ???? I had the Protein strawberry and banana pankekes with a Chicken Poblano Omelet withBlack Coffee it was delicious, amazed by the taste of the pankekes that they didn't taste like protein (that dirt, bitternesstaste)
Typical breakfast fare at IHOP Breakfast pancakes, hot and fresh, price is right. All servers seemed nice, however, my service was so SLOW!! I'm just one person. Okay, it was busy, and I give her a break( and a tip) even though other tables came after mewith families, and were served before me by a different servers????
We visited the restaurant after attending a funeral, and it really brought us together. The service was excellent, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. Since we live in Baltimore, I’m not sure when we'll be able to return, but I highly recommend this place.
Waiter was nice, he was new I could tell he kept forgetting stuff but overall he was ok. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $30–50

Burger was cooked well done and was tasty even during graveyard hours.
