It is a very good store, to which I make myself very regularly, most sellers are very welcoming and helpful, as well as to the VAS and the caisses and in the restaurant. The only current hic that is unpleasant is the management of the Smalland that I have the impression is really put aside ... Before we could let our children go anytime... Now... Only open Wednesday and Saturday and again ... The animator that manages has a lot of courage, (more it is adorable with the children ) because it is often alone and it is really a shame not to hire and allow better management of the game site ... Because yesterday full after noon a Saturday, smalland closed because lack of staff in the store becaus...
A Ikea like all Ikea but it should be noted that the staff here is perfectly available, alert, friendly and always smiling. Even the people of the "security service" — of which it is not the profession — are of incredible kindness. Always ready to inform and help. All this deserves to be noted at its fair value. Customers are also courteous and respectful. It's this alchemy that makes us always prefer this store. Watch out for stocks... We were looking for a changing table which we found at Ikea. One available at the one in Tourville-la-Rivière, we go there, pay and after 30 minutes of preparation we are told that out of the 3 packages for this piece of furniture, they only have 2. Head for reimbursement ... Obviously we made the trip only for this piece of furniture. And to think that some people drive hours for stocks not updated on the website.
Who doesn't know Ikea... we're going with an idea in mind, we're going home with the full trunk...
