We came here for our anniversary. It was an unplanned venue but they had availability at the last minute. We used to come to this restaurant at the previous location on Main and Prospect St. My memories of this restaurant was quite fond. Unfortunately,I cannot say my experience at the new location was good. The atmosphere and decor are great. The parking is fairly convenient;just wished that you can enter from the parking lot instead going to the front. The least impressive part of this restaurant isthe food and value. IL Capriccio has been a well recognized name for high quality Northern Italian cuisine for many decades. After it closed its doors (due to covid and the retirement of the owners) it reopened under a new mangment less than 1 mile away from its originallocation. The ambiance was updated to a lighter a bit modern feel (I liked the old traditional look if before) , the servicewas as good as always , but the food quality was a notch lower than before but still very good. I would still recommended thisresturant for a business or romantic dinner
Fun night, good was great, drinks were great. Only problem we really had was with the waitress. She didn't seem to have the patience to explain what was in a dish we had a question about. Probably had a long day and I understand that struggle. I willdefinitely be taking my family there again.
