Il Cavaliere Italian Pizza used to be one of my favorite local Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, during my last visit, it was evident that the quality of the ingredients has declined. The calamari was clearly prepared from frozen, resulting in a tough and rubbery texture. It's truly disappointing, as I once praised your calamari to my Italian friends, claiming it was among the best outside of Italy. I had a disappointing experience at Il Cavaliere Italian Pizza, which is rated 4.9 stars. The seafood risotto and seafood soup were the worst I’ve ever had. It's hard to believe that a supposed Italian restaurant would rely on frozen supermarket seafood for these dishes. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she made excuses, claiming it was the supplier's fault and not the restaurant's. I pointed out that my risotto didn’t resemble the photo on Google Reviews, and they agreed to remake that dish after I showed them the comparison.
