In short, cooking skills and performance at service, all in a perfect good mood! The bread, desserts and the verveine digestive are also homemade which confirms that the chef takes care of his customers. You stop the first time because it's convenient to eat before you arrive at home or in a station and then you come back whenever possible to treat yourself and spend a great time!!
