It was a rainy, grey and miserable day. Me and my partner just wanted to get out of the flat, the second we left the building it started to rain, but that was not going to stop us. After a 30-40 minute walk the rain got too bad and we couldn't carry on any more so we just jumped In the first eating place we came across, it turned out to be one of the nicest cafes I have ever visited. The interior is absolutely stunning, a shabby chic design which looks absolutely gorgeous. We ordered a hot chocolate, a carrot cake and a chicken escalope which all got ready surprisingly quick. on the look for excellent coffee? fresh rolls and a sortiment of home made light meal times they must try their carrot cake! and all served by very friendly owners/stoves. are they a couple of times now and if they go close shortly before they can even take gifts from cake to house. a real native! I was browsing in the area waiting for an appointment and I found out this really nice place , I love discover no chain place , where you can still find a family run the place. Is the classic Bottega Italiana , that probably even in Italy you couldn't find anymore. Just pop up in and relax.

Looking for excellent coffee? Fresh rolls and an assortment of home made light meals you must try their carrot cake!! and all served by very friendly owners/staff. Been a few times now and if you go just before closing you may even get gifts of cakes to take home. A real local!!

The food is very authentically Italian and everything I've had is delicious!! I love the falafel wrap and the salad box!! Very friendly and helpful staff too. Highly recommended!
