Il Palato is a phenomenonal restaurant. For the night before our Wedding, we reserved the downstairs room for our Wedding Party. The menu is fantastic and elegant, not too large, which ensures diligence and care for each item. We sampled nearly all of themenu items, and everyone had only positive reviews! Alan and Elizabeth took care of us that evening, and they did anoutstanding job! Alan made sure to thoroughly describe all of the menu items and was highly attentive to all of our requests.They definitely made our Wedding Eve one to remember!
The ambience can?t be beat! The staff is exceedingly accommodating and they make you feel so welcome. The eggplant is out of this world good and I also highly recommend the heirloom tomato salad when in season. My boyfriend loved the carmelized onionson the pizza! Jack and Alan took such good care of us. We keep coming back to try something new every time.
Be careful to inquire about specials. I ordered the tuna expecting a tuna steak. Instead, I was brought a plate with four strips of rather dry tuna, no discernible sauce and five onion-ringed shaped slices of squash. I?m not a big eater ordinarilybut was left feeling rather empty with this meal.
We had a great time tonight at Il Palato. From eggplant removal to Misa salad and pizza, our meal was absolutely perfect. The staff was attentive and Alan was a star! Great atmosphere too. I highly recommend it!

Made a reservation on a recommendation. Staff was friendly but made no extra effort. Food was fine but not amazing. It was very loud. Wish we would have celebrated somewhere else.
Michael, Jack and Russell are the bestest in the mid-westest. The eggplant is the best ! The atmosphere is chic and straight out of the most trendy place in LA.
My husband’s choice, the Shortrib Ravioli, gave him great intestinal distress. He wonders if anyone else experienced the same.
The eggplant was the best I've ever had. The space is beautiful and the staff were wonderful.
