To start, the burrata was disappointing; its interior had the texture of crumbly feta rather than the soft, creamy consistency I expected. The eggplant rollatini was overly salty, even for my taste, which is saying something. We were nearly finished with our appetizers by the time the bread arrived. It was Father's Day, and the restaurant was at most a third full when we sat down, and only half full as the night progressed. Worst. Experience. I. Have. Ever. Had. Place was busy with hardly any one to work there. Two bus boys and one waitress who also bartended and a hostess walking around up front asking if they’ve been helped. It took over an hour for our food to come out.And we asked that part of an entree to be on the side which it wasn’t. No one to come around and refresh our water. When wecomplained as we left, it was only “It’s hard now. I’m sorry. “ and nothing else. Nothing to attempt to make it right.I. Will. Never. Go. Back. Again. And I will tell everyone of our experience.

Apps were good, caesar salad was underwhelming in size and chicken was thin and dry, all dinners presented nicely, but all said were just ok on taste. We clearly had bad server... tables around us getting drinks, appetizers, and dinners, and we r beggingto get bread. Dinner took way too long. Then check comes and they auto add 20% tip (we were 4 adults and two kids) server andrestaurant did not earn this tip, they stole it. This is what put me over the edge and why writing review. Very disappointing.

I would advise against ordering online. My meal arrived incomplete and missing the meatballs. When I called to request a refund for the undelivered item, the manager, without an apology, told me to take it up with DoorDash and then hung up on me. It's concerning that no one seems to oversee the order processing in your kitchen or label the bags properly. It appears that DoorDash is to blame. Overall, the customer service was lacking. I visited this restaurant last night and enjoyed the food, which was quite good. It wasn't too noisy, making it an ideal setting for a Wednesday night. The Bees Knees pizza is exceptionally delicious, and the honey garlic salmon is fantastic as well!
