We stopped here for dinner after a visit to St Florent and we didn’t regret it. We both ordered fish catch of the day and it happened to be sword fish which was nicely cooked. We ordered pana cota for pudding and it was one of the best I ever eaten. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick too. They all speak Italian or French. At the end they served us real Italian limoncello as hospitality treat. It’s reasonably priced and Highly recommended.
Its roadside location means that whispered romantic sweet nothings may need to be repeated bawled but don't let that put you off. This place is busy and deservedly so: reasonably priced, good grub served with a swagger. It has cheeky waiters and is good fun. The pizzas are great. Spag bol of a high calibre. A generously proportioned prawn cocktail with juicy gambas but a too acidic Mary Rose sauce. And wicked tiramisu.
We had 3 dinners over here during our holiday, simply because we loved it. Authentic Italian restaurant with typical italian atmosphere. A faire si vous êtes de passage et pas trop exigeant. Situé en bord de route, le patron est peu aimable et pas pressé d'encaisser la note. L'entrecôte est bonne, pour les pâtes aux aubergines, je les cherche encore au milieu de la sauce tomate! La serveuse fait ce qu'elle peut et gère toute seule toutes les tables. Went with another couple and had superb pizzas. The staff were friendly and were helpful. Unfortunately our French isn't the best, so communication was limited. Would recommend anyone to go.
We had our lunch there. The staff was very friendly and attentively. They made fun with our baby boy. The food was good but nothing special. The red wine was very delicious.
Loved the pizzas! Husband got a mussels starter that could have been a main on it’s own. Regular Corsican prices. Nice place to have dinner!
