The only positive thing is the restaurant was relatively clean… The starters were not served at the same time, the last starter came 10 minutes after everyone else was finished. The pizzas for the main course were really really bad, the dough was bland, hardly any sauce and tasted of almost nothing. The carbonara was increased, so scrambled eggs with bacon and spaghetti. the service was poor. I don't know a worse Italian in Biel.
Rusticone has always been one of my favorite pizzerias in Biel. Yesterday I got a takeaway pizza. There was definitely no mozzarella on the Prosciutto e Funghi , but another cheese (or spoiled mozzarella? . Also there was a hair in my wife 's pizza. Do you have a new pizza chef?
the service was poor the food was not as expected, pizza without tomato sauce, dough very strange and the carbonara was more like a portion of spaghetti with scrambled eggs and bacon. Definitely not recommended. The location and atmosphere would still be good!
Solid Italian cuisine with large operating hours. A warm pasta or pizza with reliable service even at 2100 is a divine. Menu, if very diverse and quality is reliable good.
