Ilunabar is a restaurant located in the surroundings of Getxo, a town near Bilbao, in the North part of Iberian Peninsula. It has a very beautiful terrace, from where you can see very good views of the cliffs and the coast. Here I ate caracolillos and txopitos, 2 tapas of fish, good. Also I drank two glasses of Txacoli. Also good.
Very satisfied with our burgers and burritos (it's that sort of place, laid back beachside casual restaurant; not authentic pintxos). Most of all it was fantastic to watch a beautiful sunset on a balmy summer evening over cold drinks. We thought this was the best waterside venue in this part of Getxo.
We stopped at this bar for a light snack over the early afternoon hours. We got tasty pintxos and a children menu for an adult (who wanted grilled chicken, not available in other dishes). Quick and efficient service, nice view over the beach and to the windmill.

Vistas espectaculares. De noche da gusto ver el abra y la iluminación de las olas desde la playa algo sorprendente el personal es majisimo mere e la pena conocerlos y la cocina que tienen es de nivel alto. Oso ondo
Todas las tortillas rellenas tenían muy buena pinta, probamos dos y la verdad que estaban muy buenas. Volvimos a comer porque está muy cerca de la playa y la ensalada de pollo y el sándwich estaban muy ricos.
Un gran sitio con una cocina excelente y un personal majisimo. Hay que visitarlo. Por cierto la vistas son muy buenas y las puestas de sol son preciosas si las pillas despejasdas
