Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre in und um die alten Gebäude ist sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Die einzigen Nachteile, die ich erlebte, waren, dass die Zimmer nicht gut isoliert sind (es ist ein altes Gebäude und es ist möglich, Menschen in den Korridoren oder die Musik vom Weinfestival zu hören, wenn es stattfindet). Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Klimaanlage und die Kissen und Betten im Allgemeinen könnte bequemer sein. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. A great hotel! The building itself is already worth the visit. It is a very old and quirky building with many artifacts. There was an explanation in the room about the building and our rooms in specifics. There was also an explanation about the furniture that are dated to 1730-1850 and which is available for purchase. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was also very spacious. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and it was exquisite! Food and vibe. The breakfast was also excellent. Most importantly, the customer service was very kind. Thank you! We enjoyed everything! And we will surely visit again.

A hotel like no other I've stayed in before. Can't really put it into words as it was stepping back in time with a modern touch. Very nice rooms, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and the restaurant served very nice food. Have waited two years to visit this hotel due to the Pandemic and it didn't disappoint. Goslar is like being on a film set and I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Schöne Lage mitten in der „Altstadt“. Freundlicher und freundlicher Service während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Saubere Zimmer und Restaurant. Ein schönes altes Gebäude, das mit moderner Architektur in der Rückseite des Restaurants zusammengeführt wird. Essen ist sehr gut für 4 Star Hotel, so gut mit dem Küchenteam gemacht. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen
