Ich musste eine Geschäftsreise nach Deutschland machen und verbrachte ein paar Tage damit, mit meinen Freunden in dieser Region zu arbeiten. Um ihnen für ihre Gastfreundschaft zu danken, lud ich sie zum Abendessen ohne Kinder ein. Obwohl das Essen sehr gut war, hat der Service unsere Erfahrung beeinträchtigt. Es gab kein Menü auf Englisch und niemand, der die Gerichte erklären konnte. Wir baten um eine Weinkarte, aber nur, wenn wir bestellen. Der Service verschlechterte sich, als einer von uns dreien ganze 7 Minuten vor den anderen beiden serviert wurde und es lauwarm war. Um dieser Visite noch mehr Elend hinzuzufügen, hörte ich, wie der Besitzer auf Deutsch einem anderen Tisch im Restaurant...
Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant with his lovely chef of service, Mrs. Treutle. Seating is pleasing, in an old horse barn, high ceilings, very clean and open space. Bathrooms are one floor up. Welcome is appropriate, with a smile. Food is very good, for example try as a starter Vitello tonnato, as main dish I like beef, which comes in various offers. I never left hungry, so be aware, a full menu, which is excellent, could be too much to digest. Alongside food, local wines are offered most, you can have Italian or French from a smaller selection. The restaurant is located in a former stable, offers excellent food either as a 3/4 course dinner or à la carte including an extensive wine list that you don't need, as you can trust Elisabeth's advice on the appropriate wines for the different courses. Kitchen must have a MICHELIN star ranking. Unsafe and attentive service in a beautiful atmosphere
We ate in this excellent restaurant during our stay and we were surprised by the atmosphere and the great food. We took the menu that contained the most delicious soup we ever had in a restaurant. The meat as the main dish was excellent!!!! Compliments and only deserve this lady who runs. Of course we would like to be here again.
