Welp, I?m new to this area and had my pizza delivered to my job. I am not able to leave my job. So I had a very simple medium 2 topping. I must say, I was disappointed. It was cold as ice, the pizza itself was hard as a rock, and I got a mushroom and pepperoni. Something tasted ?off? with either the mushrooms or the pepperoni I wasn?t able to pin point which. As y?all know, if you call anywhere in NOCO you?re going to get some sort of attitude. Or some generic answer like ?You want me to remake your food??? Why so you can spit in it? Or God knows what??? No thanks. Won?t be going back, and will tell everyone. I know all Imp?s are independently owned and operated by dang?
The pizza was EXCELLENT!!! I should mention that I'm a BIG fan of super thin, crispy crust pizza, and Imo's nailed it on every level! I ordered the 8-inch pizza with a Caesar salad special, and it was just perfect! The setting is typically more about takeout, so the atmosphere wasn't anything special, but that didn't matter. The staff were friendly enough. However, the true highlight was the food! If you love thin, crispy crust pizza, definitely check out Imo's! You won't be disappointed!
On November 12, 2022, I usually find their salads to be packed with meat, but today was a different story. It was lacking significantly. I'm not sure what happened, but it was very disappointing. I regretted my choice when I got home. Fortunately, I had some pepperoni to help make up for it.
We enjoyed a free pizza through our rewards program, and as always, it was fantastic! My husband Daniel comes here twice a week, and we’re never let down. The ingredients are always hot and fresh, and the customer service is excellent. Thank you, Imo's, for the warm welcome!

The deluxe pizza was so delicious. I loved it being the first time I ordered. However they messed up my first order and I had to wait more minutes before they could prepare another one that I wanted
We really enjoy this Imo's location. They usually estimate a one-hour delivery time, but it's typically just around 20 minutes. Be sure to try the Imo's special sandwich while it's hot!
Manager Tiffany is fantastic! I had an issue with a pizza, and she promptly replaced it without any hassle and very quickly. I can't praise her enough. The food was also great!

Idk bout most of you but I have died on my couch from eating an amazing medium size bacon and pepperoni pizza with buffalo sauce. Great customer service and will be back
Good customer service. Food was ready on time. Didn?t take a look at the food until I got home. Everything was perfectly cooked. No complaints.
