The first time I ordered a medium hamburger pizza, and the second time I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza toasted ravioli. The service was good, the cheese and meat worked well together, and the thin crust had taste and substance. The pepperoni pizza and toasted ravioli were not as good in my opinion. The pepperoni had no flavor, and the sauce lacked the taste of the hamburger pizza, as did the toasted ravioli. We always stop at an Imo's when we visit the St. Louis area. We stopped in at this location before the dinner rush around 4:30. The restaurant was clean and well kept. A young lady took our order and assisted with some recommendations.m off the menu for our family of 4. Shortly after ordering the manager came out and introduced himself. He said he personally just made our pizza and it would be out soon, hoped we would enjoy it, and to let him know if we needed anything. He followed up after we started eating. To the gentleman who took our order very close to closing, thank you! My sibling and I had to rush from our respective cities to the local hospital after our parent had an incident. We were tired and hungry. The gentleman was empathetic and accommodating. The pizza was great as always, but this review is hinged more on service than anything else. I should've asked his name, but we hope he knows who he is from that tiring Saturday night.
The Manager JOHN was very RUDE this place is getting more pathetic by the day 2 hour deliveries and burnt pizza !! Believe me I tried to order from your competitors they was all closed !! I wanted Cecil whistlers where my food is always fresh ! I would never order from this Imo’s again in life !! Poor service and quality. This Imos Is Amazing! I Always Get My Food Fresh, Hot, And On Time. I Get The Hawaiian Pizza, It’s Always Made On Point! The Staff Is Always Welcoming And Friendly, They Make The Place Feel Like Home.
I ordered a pizza, for pick, via the Imos app. The pizza was made in about 10 minutes, and ready to go when I arrived. The pizza was as ordered, and hot. I recommend this location.
Ingredients are always fresh, with the exception of the provel cheese it gives the pizza an unpleasanttaste, I ordered my pizza with mozzarella cheese.

Got cursed at by an employee and mocked for not tipping on my carry out order. Food was luke warm as well. Not sure I'll be back at this location.
