Food is fine. Service is really bad. I ordered a Hibachi dinner to go along with another item and the person who took my order was extremely rude and laughed at allergy request I had… I’m spending almost 40 dollars for a hibachi meal and asked to substitute veggies (since I am allergic) for extra rice and the lady chuckles and says we don’t put veggies in our hibachi meals and I proceed to tell her that they did last time and she says well that’s only for the dinner. when that is what I ordered. She then continues to rush me off the phone as I’m ordering my next meal. She then calls me back after hanging up and questions whether I am able to eat the other meal that was ordered since it had v...
For a fun family night head on over to Imperial 46 Restaurant. The staff are curtious and attentive. The chefs are entertaining and profide a fun environment for all to enjoy. The food is fresh and cooked to your liking right in front of you. The entire family had a great time as we celebrated our recent graduates. The restaurant is BYOB, but there is a large spirit and wine store within the plaza. Upon request, the restaurant will accomodate with buckets of ice to keep your drinks cold. The prices are appropriate for the fresh ingredients and entertainment. I highly recommend it and hope you go visit. I will definitely revisit this gem.
Well the Mgr just ruined what could’ve been a good experience. I went there for lunch and got charged for dinner the waiter fixed that no problem … on the way the middle eastern Mgr stopped us asking for my CC back claiming we were not charged properly and made a whole scene in front of waiter and other patrons. I pulled my CC app on my phone to show him the charge! The poor waiter had to explain the receipt to him and he basically threw the CC back at me…. No apologies Our chef was excellent I feel bad he has to work in such an ignorant hostile environment
Last Sunday, my family and I went out for dinner. We had a great time and the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The chef was very entertaining and funny. My kids couldn’t stop laughing. We ate so much and we had ice cream as dessert. The waitress was very kind and pleasant and she kept checking up on us and we informed her of our wonderful experience. Had dinner with a large group tonight. Staff are always great, they are kind, thoughtful and always accommodating. The food it to die for, I had the Chicken and Filet Mignon cooked to your liking. Chef's are skilled, entertaining and on point with their cooking abilities. Only thing that was a little uncomfortable was another group of entitled A H0les. They clearly where in the wrong, but the staff did a wonderful job deescalating the situation. Great Job
I haven’t eaten Chinese food since I was hospitalized on Christmas Day over a cross contamination with nuts. It’s been really scary to try to find a place that’s mindful of allergies and food preparation. I found this place and noticed any dish with nuts was clearly labeled (and there are only a handful). I placed an order and was able to happily and safely eat it! Thank you for creating a safe environment for those with allergies!!!
I have visited this location on and off over the years. Food has always been delicious. However, this month we went to my daughter's birthday. The food was still good but the service was definitely not good...the manager and waiters were not as good as they used to be, the drinks were forgotten and not filled and when we received you we were kicked out and not even served dessert Since it's her birthday, we want dessert)
I have eaten in the restaurant before and the food was good. Today my son me to the hibachi part of the restaurant for a special mother's day meal. The food was really good and the staff is very attentive. I will definitely be going again for either the Chinese/Japanese side of the restaurant or the hibachi side . We had a reservation for our party of 13 and really enjoyed our experience. Decent amount of food for the price, great taste, and fun environment. Would definitely come back again to try a few more dishes.
