I've been going to this In-N-Out location for years. Always live there burgers and fries. Lately however, the last 3 times I've gone to In-N-Out, I have been very disappointed in the quality of food. Now I get it, I'm-N-Out is fast food but, still Id like my food to at least look appetizing if I'm going to eat it. Today my bun was horribly burnt and all topping like cheese and lettuce were completely off to the side. So sad, because In-N-Out is a great part of my childhood with my family. Don't know if I will continue to eat there, maybe give it one more shot.
Great food, very fast, talked with employees and they were very friendly and loved their job. Sounds like an excellent company that not only has fresh ingredients but also takes care of the workers. The food and service are excellent! The only downside I can mention is how awkward the parking lot is. It can be really challenging to get out of a parking space when it's busy since the drive-thru line blocks cars from leaving their spots.
I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. My food was cold, I found raw fries in my burger, and my mom's bread was hard. They weren't even busy at the time. I visited on August 5, 2022, at 7:30 PM, and that is simply unacceptable.
I have never been disappointed! The food consistently tastes incredible, and the staff is always friendly, even during busy times!
