Quick service, but the restrooms were in poor condition. I understand it's not entirely their fault, but I would expect them to prioritize cleanliness. The trash bins were overflowing, there was vomit on the floor, and the other restroom had a strong urine smell. Despite that, I still enjoyed my time there.
I used the drive-thru service and had a long wait before finally receiving my food, which was cold. I immediately parked and went back to return it. The staff were very professional and quickly made a new order without any questions. Kudos to them!
I asked for an extra item, but it seemed like she was annoyed with my request. Eventually, she handed me another one, but it looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of the peppers. It’s the little details that matter to me!

In-N-Out is a quintessential Californian favorite on the West Coast. The only downside is the long lines, but the food makes it all worth it.
Food is fresh and fast, love the animal fries and the strawberry lemonade. Great customer service and food was excellent.
To crowded to dine in, only 5 family tables , hardly any space to enjoy your meal inside.
