I came here at 12:30 am and i don't know what happened to the workers but It took more than 30 mins to get my food. This has been the slowest In N Out ever that they should be called a Dinner. It took 10min for each car to get their food. Close it down if u guys cant handle it. Wow??? I have never been frustrated of In n Out until I came here. The danm order is easy. Even Jack is faster with only one employee.
Today 9-1-22 was all new girls working, spilling soda everywhere, not taking orders correctly redid my order but not taking my special request on and not removing my request off Didn't get my combo just the burger. late from lunch inconvenient unacceptable and unpleased . get it together in and out 48min to get my food and still was wrong.

nothing wrong with the food at this location, except sometimes the fries be stale and cold. i do think they need more adequate staffing, tho. they had one guy outside taking all of the orders for both of the two lines and they were long. he did a great job but looked a little stressed out or nervous. doesn?t seem fair! Fast friendly and efficient . Drive thru is annoying too many cars blocking Gary so you will be better off walking and ordering in the front line. Take your time and you will definitely enjoy the food . The youngsters there are amazingly good fast and friendly. Enjoy
Consistently the slowest In-N-Out in the area, walk up or drive-thru. Last time I went was waiting five minutes behind an employee chatting it up with the staff without being acknowledged. Just drive through to Chino Hills In-N-Out if you can.
Good burgers. We don't have this in NY. Lettuce wrapped burger (protein style) was good. It really lets the meat shine because there's no bun to compete for attention. Shakes were good too, as were the fries with sauce, bacon cheese.
Bring a picnic lunch if going to use the drive thru. It took 38 minutes from the street until my food was handed to me. I love In n Out but I won't use this location again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Lines are long, but food is always worth it. Never had soggy fries or cold burgers here. Staff always great.
