On November 17, 2017, around 11:20 AM, I found myself in a bit of a predicament at the drive-thru after placing my order—I realized I had forgotten my wallet. As I searched for the staff member who had taken my order, a female employee approached me. I explained that I needed to cancel my order since I left my wallet at home. To my surprise, she reassured me that it was fine and offered to let me take my meal, asking me to come back later to pay. I was so grateful for her kindness! I quickly drove home, which took about 10 minutes, and then returned to settle my bill. Best In-N-Out experience! The only downside is the line, as you can’t wait on the street; the gas station next door has security to prevent blocking their driveway. Placing a walk-up order is very convenient, just make sure to speak loudly so they can hear you inside. The burgers are fantastic, and the buns are perfectly toasted!
I can't resist getting the cheeseburger with grilled onions and extra pickles at least once a week—it's absolutely delicious! The combination of the patty and melted cheese creates an incredible flavor. This location is consistently clean and provides outstanding customer service.
