La cuisine est originale et incite à l'enquête gustative. Le service est super et d'une extrême gentillesse avec une mention spéciale pour Benjamin qui s'est admirablement occupé de nous. Le noir complet favorise les échanges à la table (6 personnes) et contribue à l'obtention d'une ambiance très sympathique entre convives. Expérience forte, étonnante et atypique. Ravis de ce moment hors du temps. Sylvie, notre guide était sympathique, pédagogue, et émouvante. Merci à elle! Nous avons apprécié cette découverte à l’aveugle, deviner certains ingrédients n’est pas évident. La qualité des plats est là, petit bémol sur les quantités qui pourraient être plus importantes. Effectivement un peu bruyant, mais la sympathie de nos voisins de table nous a permis de nous concentrer sur nos assiettes, en partageant nos ressentis. Bref on a beaucoup aimé ! 8 p.m. reservation, with the wonderful Nadia as guide! An incredibly bubbly, funny, simply adorable person who knew how to make the experience even more awesome for us, with a lot of professionalism. We were in a small group without knowing each other and it was really nice, we talked and laughed, it was a superb human sharing! The food was excellent, everything was perfect. Thank you to the whole team who were superb from A to Z and in particular our host who welcomed us and revealed our dishes at the end : I recommend 1000%! The experience is special! It's best not to be claustrophobic because the first few minutes are a bit stressful in the pitch black. We were very well guided by Nadia who was fantastic in explaining and reassuring us throughout the meal. Thank you Nadia The meal was excellent. The only negative point is the ambient noise of people speaking louder and louder.... I admit it's really embarrassing. Nous avons absolument adoré cette expérience sensorielle déroutante. L'instant d'un repas, vous vous retrouvez dans un univers hors du temps. Le repas était délicieux (les allergies alimentaires ont été complètement respectées), les vins très bien choisis. C'est un jeu de découvertes, de sensations et parfois de franche rigolade (se servir de l'eau). Le personnel malvoyant est rempli de douceur, de bienveillance et d'humour. A refaire. Très belle expérience dans le noir ou les papilles retrouvent tous leurs sens Belles rencontres à notre tablée qui rendent ce moment unique et partagé ! A Renouveler Une dédicace spéciale à Nicolas qui nous a mis à l’aise et nous a permis d’apprécier à fond ce moment exceptionnel, ainsi qu’à cette formidable équipe qui travaille pour ravir notre palais, dans un brouhaha sympa pour nous mais sûrement handicapant pour elle ! A great time! We shared our table with 4 other very friendly people and discovered and shared the 3 dishes of the service in an overall good mood.
