What a great place in Cotacachi, Ecuador! Santiago Baquero has an amazing selection of gelatos, coffees, and sandwiches freshly made each morning. Serving breakfast and lunch on bread baked daily on premises, this new attraction needs to absolutely be on your radar.
Great ice cream and very friendly. Good English spoken so was easy to choose a flavour. Delicious. Hazelnut and vanilla.
