As usual, I had a tasty lunch with terrible service today. We ordered, took our dessert to the table and waited for a half hour before I went back to the counter to ask what happened. The server looked up our order and said, i put the nunber in front of you. Nobody handed either of us a number and I didn 't notice that. She added, you got your dessert. Ironically, another server was wearing a t shirt that advised, EAT DESSERT FIRST, so I guess that was an instruction, not a slogan. I always grudgingly tip 15% when I order and then wish I could get a refund. And: now the portions are much smaller the cup of soup really is a cup and the sandwich fits in one hand. Wow! I’m surprised to see the negative reviews. I've dined here multiple times during my visits to Springfield, and the food has always been fantastic. In February, we ordered a large variety of pastries for a birthday celebration, and every single one was a hit—both delicious and visually appealing! Most recently, in November 2023, we had croissants for breakfast. My sister, who had just spent several weeks in Paris, remarked that these croissants compared favorably to those she had tried in Paris, and they were even better than some she experienced there. They’re incredibly flaky and buttery—I can't imagine them being any more perfect! I can’t wait for my next visit to Incredibly Delicious...
I had a devouring brunch at the Incredibly Delicious today. The Delicious Scramble and Egg Cheese croissant were both incredibly tasty and satisfying, and the hot chocolate was the perfect complement to my meal. The building itself is historic and located in the heart of downtown, adding to the inviting and pleasant ambiance of the restaurant. I highly recommend checking out this spot for your next brunch adventure!
I tried their lemon and raspberry cake earlier today, and it was fantastic! The tartness of the lemon and raspberry filling was perfectly balanced and absolutely delectable. I wouldn’t hesitate to have it again!

A delicious, piping hot bread roll landed on my lips. Yum! The kids were delighted with the bakery items they chose. If we ever find ourselves in Springfield again, we'll definitely stop by to enjoy this place.
