I feel a bit sorry for this restaurant. It used to be a good Indian restaurant in Rochester before the pandemic. It's clear that the business is struggling now – it's hard to say whether it's due to a decline in quality or customer base. The buffet has been replaced with a lunch menu, which could be good like the gentleman's lunch I enjoyed at my favorite Indian restaurant in Jaipur, but unfortunately... We ordered the vegan and vegetarian thalis, said to be a Southern Indian favorite, but there was no sambar or chutney. The pakoras seemed old and were not even heated properly. The dishes were bland. I always try to be positive and show respect for vegan menus, but I can't be dishonest.
I would say that this is the best Indian food I have found in the Rochester area. I was hesitant to try it at first due to some negative Google reviews, but I am so glad I finally did today. The Beef Makhani was incredibly tender with a delicious buttery sauce that was perfectly seasoned. The Basmati Rice Side was generous in portion size and also seasoned perfectly. The only downside was the Naan, which had a strange texture and lacked flavor, but the main dishes more than made up for it. This will definitely be my new favorite spot for Indian food in Rochester.
I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The Chicken Makhani and Garlic Nan were both delicious, though the chicken was a bit dry. The Garlic Nan was warm and flavorful, and the rice was decent. The Mango Lassi wasn't to my taste, but overall, I enjoyed my meal and look forward to trying more dishes in the future.
Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Server was attentive and food came fast. The menu clearly had vegan elements that I appreciated REALLY. The prices were great, how big the portions were. overall, good experience with deeelicious foods that was filled with taste.

I vomited 15 minutes after eating the Palak Paneer dish at this restaurant. I'm not sure what's wrong with their food, but it made me very ill. Additionally, the food was mediocre at best. It seems like it may have been prepared by people with poor hygiene practices.

Food was really good. I tried some new items, the Rogan Josh was my favorite. Food came hot.
