I recently had the pleasure of dining at India Palace, and I must say it is the best Indian food I have tasted in the Duluth and Superior area. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. We started off our meal with the sampler appetizer, which was a delightful mix of flavors and textures. Each bite was a burst of authentic Indian spices and perfectly cooked ingredients. It was a great introduction to the variety of dishes they offer. While staying in Duluth for a business trip, I decided to search for an Indian restaurant and was delighted to discover India Palace conveniently located within walking distance of my hotel. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious menu options. Since I was looking for a light lunch, I opted for the vegetarian samosas and naan bread. The takeout order was prepared quickly and remained hot as I walked back to my hotel. The samosas were wonderfully spicy and expertly made, with a flavorful filling and perfectly crispy crust. We stopped in for lunch today and got an awesome buffet! There were mostly vegetarian entrees, but also chicken dishes and two vegan entrees (Channa masala and cabbage curry). The pakoras were vegan too. Very happy we took a chance on this place! The wait staff was kept super busy with the lunch rush, but did a great job, attentive with refilling our drinks. This place wins five stars for: high chair for baby, baby changing station in the bathroom, and dishes that satisfied our guests from India. the best Indian restaurant. Rude staff, they held us more than an hour for the curry supervisor tikka curry) after serving naans on our table. After waiting for 30 minutes, they asked how much more time it will take, they reacted rudely that they have no idea how chef is now too busy. in the meantime came the restaurant manager and said they won't be for curry. after 1 hour of waiting all 4 naans were cold, somehow we ate food, since after a long journey we are very hungry. when bill came, it was the full charge including curry ....
lunch buffet is amazing! something for everyone; food, children, Indian expats, vegetarian. incredible variety including brot, vegetarian escape, meat dishes, chutneys, desserts, salat all included. unbelievable introduction to the Indian cuisine for their friends who have not tried much. the staff is friendly and helpful. great price for so much variety. everything you can eat. they are available. directly in the city and connected to the skywalk.
This restaurant is definitely a standout in Duluth's diverse culinary scene. The food is amazing. I have visited the University of Birmingham in the UK, which is known for having some of the best regional Indian restaurants in the world.

Food was ok. No spice and options were very limited unlike other Indian buffets weve been to. Server was very nice though and made sure everyone had water all the time.
