Had a 90th celebration meal at Indian Essence early this month. From the moment we entered having drinks and nibbles an hour earlier than usual possible on a very rainy Saturday afternoon, the excellence, professionalism and warmth of service was clear to see. As much as the excellent service, my Dad was treated like a King and the portion sizes matched the magnanimous nature of the staff. Genuinely top 3 Restaurant I've been there before. All about this place is ace, really interesting cocktails and the food is some of the best you have. Service is also amazing, yesterday evening waiter was checked to ensure that everything was vegan and also are asked for some things to be vegan made. We went to share for 4 Veg secondary dishes, probably a bit too much, but it is worth trying everything, it is all good that it is difficult to choose a favorite! Too bad you can't rate it 5* because it is not fully plant-based.

Had a wonderful meal with my other half on Sat. Tried a few cocktails from their new menu, staff were very attentive. Dessert is always the highlight for me, had gratted carrot pudding with pistachio ice cream and it was divine. Thank you Indian Essence

Nice overall experience. However the quality of food has dropped. Papads were greasy and mains were salty. Stater was good. Service was good.
