made a family meal on October in this hotel training centre. You have to book at least days in advance. The place, a manor house surrounded by squiries and tracks of whipped and gouvious. Beautiful setting. The room has tables set up according to the number of guests, and with different teams of cooks and future hotel owners responsible. You only know the menu when the head of your table enumerates it and explains it to you in any detail. For our part: a colorful cocktail based on rum accompanied by a lover with an oyster base. followed by an entrance of salmon, merlan and eel fish accompanied by blinis. then a piece in slices of rosé pork with its purée of various vegetables. a dessert made...
