I recently was married and held the wedding reception at Ingrebourne Golf and Country Club. After COVID cancelling the two pre-arranged weddings and venue problems we were lucky to book the above. The venue can only be described as first class set in beautiful surroundings. Although I arranged most of my wedding decor entertainment and all the extras I had the venues wedding planner to assist and advise. This is where I feel I was let down on several points. Whenever calling to speak to the wedding planner I would be told they are off ill or in a meeting to which I would advise I had just received a call I would then be put through bit strange The food options were advised and guests pre-ord...
I had my wedding reception at ingrebourne links in 2029 and have to say they were perfect. Every second was dealt with to perfection. A guest since booking the meal at the wedding became a vegetarian so meal had to be changed on the day. Not a single problem. They even made a dish not on their menu for me. They are incredible. Vicky and Rosie were incredible. Went back in Dec 21 for an Xmas meal. Wow. They did not disappoint. Food yet again was amazing. I could have easily had it 3-4 more times. The food. The drinks the entertainment and the service was yet again perfection
I'm a member here and I organised a society day for 16 people. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The service and food was very good. But you come here for the golf and in my opinion this is the best course in Essex. Yes, better than Thorndon and Orsett. The course is long, but with a variety of tee options, it's playable for all. And always on great condition. I'd highly recomend this course and club.
Excellent location to hold our meetings and combine with a Sunday Carvery , after several sessions we still come back
