I had the Sea Salt Roasted Garlic Mahi at Inland Seafood, and I was quite disappointed. It barely tasted like fish! I followed the oven instructions using the foil pouch, but it didn’t turn out as expected. I anticipated better from their menu.

I ordered the sea salt roasted garlic Mahi and followed the conventional oven cooking instructions to the letter. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, the fillets were still raw! Proceed with caution!
The menu at Inland Seafood did not meet my expectations and was not as advertised. I won't be going back.
