I’ve had the best In-N-Out buns ever—seriously, I feel like I don’t deserve them! I live in the Coachella Valley, where we now have three In-N-Out locations, but this one has the most incredible hamburger buns I’ve ever tasted. The texture was astonishingly soft, fluffy, and fresh, almost like bao—an unusual comparison, I know, but it's the only thing my brother-in-law and I could think of. When they’re lightly toasted, it takes this already amazing burger to a whole new level. The place was bustling at 1 a.m. on a Sunday, which isn’t surprising. Just trust me and be patient; the experience is truly life-changing!
I had an amazing experience with fast service, even though the drive-thru line was wrapped around the corner. The staff at this location are exceptionally hardworking, friendly, and professional. The food here, like at any In-N-Out, is consistently delicious! I usually go for a double-double protein style with grilled onions, no salt on my burger or fries, and a light lemonade with easy ice. My order is always made exactly as I requested. Thank you, In-N-Out!
The customer service was very disappointing. We were seated by the window and had to call for assistance because our hamburger was missing. After a long wait, we felt completely overlooked. It was unbelievable; we even had to honk to get their attention, but they didn't respond. Meanwhile, the staff seemed to be having a good time, laughing among themselves. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Food: 4, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
"Are you flying in to treat someone? This restaurant features one of the rare tandem drive-thrus left! If your passenger is paying, opt for the left lane; use the right lane if you’re treating guests from out of state. The food is equally delicious, regardless of which side of the car you're on. As always, you can taste the quality!"

I’ve been going to this restaurant since early 2005, and I must say that it hasn’t improved at all over the years. The lines can be quite long, probably because of its prime location, but the food is always outstanding.
Usually, I wouldn't go to in n out because the line is always long. But on this particular day, line was short for the drive through. They had the order correct and freshly made. Now, I'm craving to go back again. ?
