The customer service at this restaurant was terrible, and the cookies were only average. I had high hopes when I arrived and the lady at the front was kind, but my experience in the cookie lab was awful. The woman with ginger hair and glasses at the ordering station was extremely rude to me and other customers. My cookie was rock hard and cold, and when I asked for a to-go box, she rolled her eyes at me. When I went back to ask for a new cookie, she was unhelpful and gave me attitude. When I came there was only one family in front of me and I was served quickly. It was very clean inside and roomy inside. The cashier was very helpful and patient with me especially since it was my first time.She had white hair at that time, super sweet and I wish I remembered her name because she was awesome. I asked her what cookies were good and she recommended I try the peanut butter. She said she doesn't even peanut butter but she likes that cookie. So I got the peanut butter cookie, s'mores cookie, Brookie, chocolate chip and sugar cookie.
