I've tried to give this location a chance twice. My family and I wasn't pleased either times. The first time we showed up an hour and a half before closing. There was only one couple eating in the entire place. We was not greeted, and after waiting for five minutes we were told that someone would be with us in a minute. That turned out to be 20 minutes later before we were seated. We couldn't order a lot of the breakfast items because of malfunctioning equipment in the kitchen. My husband and I visited iHop on Saturday and had a great experience. The food we ordered was delicious and the service was excellent. The manager even had to call an ambulance for me when I got dizzy and needed to leave. Both our server and the manager were very attentive and constantly checked if we needed anything. I am grateful for their help and support during a difficult moment. I also want to thank a customer who assisted me until the ambulance arrived, though I didn't catch their name. This place is really good. I mean, everybody knows this place is a good breakfast restaurant. The food was very good. Customer service was actually one of the best I saw. Not only was he super friendly. And make us laugh. But his waiters were crazy. He balanced 5 plates on his arm. Try it! This place be a place from no other I recommend to come here for a nice breakfast with the family. Or just get a short stack of coffee
Waited 5 min before someone came and asked us if we wanted to be seated.didn't look like anyone was there to wait on customers.we left.Found out later they only had 1 server.glad we left, didn't want to wait an hour to get waited on after we would have been seated. Sad because I know they have good food there. Maybe try it again some other time.

only good if you smoked or drank all night, gf ordered turkey bacon instead of pig bacon, did not get my strawberry syrup as I asked. our waitress didn't want to be there. I just want to say to everyone if they are in the customer service industry, they have to act as if they want to be there. wherever you work.
Ordered 2 big steak omelettes, and was given only one. It’s not a mistake when you give someone 2 toast order know that it was 2 omelettes. No sauce/salsa anywhere for the omelettes, eggs were plain. Sat in the lobby for nearly 15-20 minutes before even being asked what I needed. Never ordering food here AGAIN.

The food was fantastic, but unfortunately there was only one waiter working on Father's Day. Other than that, everything else was great.
Poor service. Five tables seated after us received their food before us. No check up on how we are doing!
