Recommended by friends. I recommend it in my turn! We took the Discovery menu with the glass wine suggestion. Excellent, the mouthing with the amuses mouths we greatly open appetite with powerful and natural flavors. Even the bread was perfect. After lunch. Everything is prepared and assembled with perfection. The mixture of flavors is subtle and the cooking is perfect. Americans often speak of a gustative orgasm, and here the term is appropriate! Every bite is a happiness. Personally I have never enjoyed the lamb (and I forgot to specify it when taking the order), but the flavors and preparation have changed my mind! In short it's an unforgettable experience not to miss and I'll start again...
The Intuition is a real blow of heart! A discovery of almost feminine and floral flavours that reminded me of one of my best gastronomic experiences in Anne-Sophie Pic. Local product, gustative surprises, explosion of flavors... it's really the address not to be missed on Saint Lo. Of course, we are at high prices, but the menu at 48€ is a good basis to discover the work of the chef and return more aguerri ! I recommend without hesitation!
What a great discovery! A meal without a false note from beginning to end. The chief had special attention to make a vegetarian menu at my request. Very gourmet, fine, generous, quality local products. I can't wait to come back. The service is also perfect. Both waitresses are very smiling and friendly. widely deserved island. Excellent. Cozy atmosphere under jazz music... We opted for a discovery menu without regret! The service is as effective as discreet, for example no worries to make us a doggy bag for my grandmother. I recommend it warmly!
We were at the Capuchines Restaurant Excellent quality price.. Nice little menu of the day at a.prix very sweet Cuisine excellent !
