Authentic Jamaican cuisine. This place surpasses Roots and offers great prices as well. The staff has always been friendly during our visits. The environment is very clean, which gives you peace of mind about where your food is being prepared. If you're driving from outside the area, there are a few parking spaces available outside the restaurant, although options are limited. If you're looking for delicious flavors, make this your first stop; you won’t be disappointed.
I tried this restaurant for the first time, and I had a few questions about the spiciness levels. I opted for something a bit spicier, but it was manageable. The cured goat was absolutely beautiful—so tender and juicy. If you're interested in trying goat, it's similar to wild beef. My partner ordered the spicy chicken, which was also moist and delicious, though a bit too hot for my taste. Overall, it was still really good!
I frequently order takeaway from this restaurant and have also tried their delivery service, which has always been prompt even from a few miles away. The curried goat is outstanding; I've sampled most of the dishes and they've all been fantastic. This place is definitely worth a visit. The staff is friendly, and the interior is very clean.
They were more than willing to prepare gluten-free versions of almost all their dishes for me, including curry goat with just a couple of days' notice since it requires slow cooking. The food was excellent, and I can definitely see this becoming a regular indulgence.
Went last night i got the boneless fish with rice. Medium size £7. Not good not bad. Just very small portion and very tastless. I was hungry an hour later. No cooking going on just microwave pinging every 2 seconds. Sorry i cant write a better reveiw.

Very recommended! Irie is one of the best food places around and the food was so fresh and had so much taste. The lady was so beautiful and made us very welcome. In my opinion, this is one of the best places in Hull and I will definitely come back.
The food was to die for,the menu,needs to be more informative, e.g what is included with the meal,also a little info on the heat taste,ours was beautiful, all different spices very good portions, and no Chips. We will be back xxx Thankyou
Not answering phones no proper website no idea If this place is open or even still a shop? I think you need to update your Google as it’s confusing as we are far away and want to drive to get food but don’t want to drive for no reason
