Advantages: Attention to detail is noticeable in the Décor. Disadvantages: The food is horrible! No doubt about it, one of the worst meals you could buy in the Bow Valley. Comment: I brought a date to the Iron “Gut” The food got us both sick and service was slow and invisible. During a slow time of year you would expect restaurants to tighten up the recipe's and service. However, this place finds it as an excuse to cut. You can almost smell the cheapness of the owner. Location and restaurant are beautiful. Food was mostly ok, not spectacular. Server was friendly but a novice. Manager wasn't helping and wasn't welcoming. Better mentorship and service would do a lot.
