Visited on a Monday for lunch about 1 pm. Nice bar area. There was a wait for indoor seating and immediate seating for the outdoor area. We chose to sit outdoors. It was a 100 degree day, would've been nice if they had misters or turn on the two giant fans. Ordered a Ceasar salad with skirt steak and clam chowder with bacon. The Ceasar salad was ok and my husband said the chowder was pretty good...his only comment on the chowder was it had too much potatoes in it. Staff were friendly, but they could check in with us more than once. I ran out of water and needed a refill on a hot day. Food wasn't that bad. Wife had salad, I had a pizza. Got 2 pints of beer, both pints had an inch missing from the top of the pint. Guinness rating gave it 2.88/10. Atmosphere was quite for a busy period but to some that might be plesent. Dinner area was very cold and drafty dispite being inside. Decent place to eat simple food, not great for beer. Can't comment on cocktails because we didn't have any. Overall respectful rating.
I really enjoyed the Meatball Sandwich, giving it a 9 out of 10 rating. The Prime Rib Sandwich was also tasty, earning an 8 out of 10. It could have used some extra flavor to enhance the overall experience. The Beer Battered Fish and Chips received a 7 out of 10, according to others' opinions. While it was worth trying, there is room for improvement.
I usually don't write reviews, but this restaurant was amazing. I ordered the tavern bread, fried pickles and onions, and the Beignets. The portions were generous and all delicious. It was definitely worth the money, I will definitely be returning!

Not a fan of the fried chicken sandwich. Oily bread, chicken was not flavorful. This review is for the banana crème pie, its pretty good, not $10 good, but def $8 good, ya know?
The locomoco dish was served cold and had a rubbery texture. The gravy had spilled all over the bag. It was a complete disappointment and not worth the price.
Delicious Lobster Mac. still piping hot. so yummy. Travels well. Bigness Delicious as always. Creative packaging helped keep them fresh
The food was excellent and the portions were generous. While it is on the more expensive side, I definitely plan to come back.
