What a wonderful surprise! I always assumed that food at a park would be mediocre, especially since my daughter and I have been eating healthy and avoiding processed foods. But wow, the food here was fantastic! The homemade soup and the chicken salad and pimento cheese sandwiches tasted like they were made by someone's grandmother—someone who truly cares about quality. My wife and I are even planning another lunch date at Isaac’s Cafe in Bernheim Forest. It’s quite a drive from J-Town, so that says a lot! Don’t miss the Forest Giants while you’re there, and most importantly, make sure to HAVE LUNCH AT ISAAC'S!
Cute little Cafe attached to the gift shop serving deli style foods and fresh baked goods along with ice cream! The food was good and tasted very fresh and used environmentally friendly materials. Beautiful environment to enjoy before or after exploringthe rest of Bernheim.
Isaac's Cafe is a fantastic spot for a healthy snack when you're visiting Bernheim Forest. I enjoyed the veggie quesadilla, and my husband had the chicken salad sandwich. The café prides itself on serving items grown in its own garden. We're thrilled it's open again!
Was out and about on the motorcycle and wanted lunch. I decided to ride around Bernhiem for a bit, grab a chicken sandwich and go find a secluded picnic table to eat at. The sandwich was delicious, maybe a little too much bread but still good.

Absolutely perfect! The food was exceptional, and the staff were fantastic! The chicken salad and turkey sandwiches were so fresh and delicious! Yummy! Plus, a cup of coffee was just $4 for Grandma! It was such a delightful experience!
Great place for a healthy snack when you?re out at Bernheim Forest. I had the veggie quesadilla and Hubby had chicken salad sandwich. The cafe boasts that everything served is from their garden area. We?re glad it has opened back up.

The food was truly fantastic—fresh and perfectly balanced. I highly recommend trying the lemonade! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Very relaxing place to walk. Had a couple ticks on me but great views all around. Wonderful place to bring the kiddos.
