I agree with other comments that the attention they provide is beyond the demand, from the time you enter until you get out. You really feel great. The quality food, both the menu I took, €, and the letter that my partner took. I watched the tables and were formed by young people and others not so young, tourists and assiduous, many with the menu but also the letter. I would repeat without doubt.

We found our restaurant in salamanca, we came a lot but we had not found the restaurant where you feel at home, and it is this, super friendly, super nice and super good cuisine. You can't ask for more, you've got it all.
