First time at Island Fin Poke. I have to say that their service was outstanding, very friendly, positive, and helpful staff! We love the ability to build your own poke bowl and they had a great selection of base, proteins, and toppings, just what we werelooking for. We went with brown rice, Ahi and Spicy Tuna (double protein), and just about every topping out there. Overall itwas pretty good. I thought that the quality or freshness of tuna could be better, it didn't seem to be as tender as we are usedto. Maybe it was because we came late, I'm not sure. It still tasted very good and we left happy. Oh, and finished it up withPineapple Vanilla Swirl Dole Whip. It was huge! We'll be back!

The upside is that you can literally get something new every time with busting yummy flavors. Love this place. Fresh, healthy, good-sized portions that were larger than I expected. Felt like I was kicking it in Maui with the locals. On a scale of 1 to 10, easily a 12!! Pro-tip: start with ice cream first on any hot day in St Pete. The staff was amazing,the food was fab, and the best-hidden secret in the ShoreAcres area. I love the fact that we saw a bunch of neighborhood kids earning their stripes behind the counter serving.

Island Fin Poke Company Winter Springs is a fantastic choice for a fast and healthy meal! The team is exceptionally welcoming, and the vibrant atmosphere makes dining here a pleasure. You can personalize your bowl with numerous ingredients, all at a single price. I’m looking forward to coming back with a friend to share a bowl. The flavors blended perfectly, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. I’m eager to visit again!

Service was fantastic, food was amazing and the owner went above and beyond to have me be comfortable and enjoy my food (despite me not liking fish ; even took my plate to remake it and have it improved. DESSERT WAS AMAZING!!? if you want a spot thatfeels like you?re taken care of then definitely come here. Especially if you?re a fan of fish and veggies unlike me hah
I really love this place! Brody was fantastic, patiently guiding me through every step of creating my poke bowl. The food was exceptionally fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be returning to this wonderful, welcoming, and spotlessly clean restaurant. Just a heads-up: my bowl looked way more beautiful initially, but I dug in before snapping a photo!
As a first time customer I was not sure of the process. Brekke(? was very helpful and guided me through creating my poke bowl. I am very impressed with the variety of fresh ingredients. The Ahi tuna was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the whole dish wasdelicious. I will definitely be back. Oh, and bonus, they have pineapple dole whip!
We had been looking forward to the opening, and it exceeded our expectations! The ingredients were exceptionally fresh, and the flavors were truly delicious. I was also very impressed by the service; the staff was well-informed about the toppings and their pairings with different proteins. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Only been here twice since we moved to St. Pete and the staff here are just consistently amazing. Very friendly. Plus the food for its price is just great value for your buck (discount if you’re a Crunch Fitness member). To be honest, their bowl can be good for two people.
I regret to say that the rice tasted as if it had been poorly microwaved, which really affected my experience and made me lower the rating. I’ll give it another try in a few months.
