Absolutely terrible customer service from the MANAGER on duty (7/9/24) I hope when the owner sees this the problem is quickly assessed, this left a terrible taste in my mouth and unfortunately I won’t be back to this location! I placed an online order for a 2 taco dinner special and a chicken shrimp quesadilla! Normally I check my food at the restaurant when I do to-go orders but unfortunately I had my mother pick it up on her way home! When she arrived I immediately check my food and noticed that my quesadilla had NO shrimp and wasn’t cooked how I asked (crispy on both sides) my fruit punch hi-c literally tasted like water! Really nice value proposition for a regular family meal. Extremely cheap combos and options but also higher quality options (shrimp, etc). They carry a small alcohol selection and have a large arcade and kids play area.

We used Islands catering for our Twins’ first birthday. It was amazing! The food was incredible, they were prompt, and so helpful when I called for suggestions on my order. Would hands down use them again! Thank you

The best Islands location in town. We will drive across town to eat at this location. Has lots of games for the kids and a pool table. Wish they would bring the ping pong tables back.

Excellent Choice for families with children or a quick bite to eat great food for the masses high volume reasonable
