The setting is lovely, with tables scattered in a garden. For the evening, take insect repellent. There is no choice for the items. The first two courses were inventive and tasty, and the chef made a good substitution for mushrooms for one of us. The dessert was a nice apricot invention. But the main course was a piece of beef, with a rather dull pattern of vegetables around it, and gravy. Perfectly OK, but uninspired and one of us is not keen on lumps of meat. (Perhaps we could have telephoned to establish the menu)
I had an extraordinary lunch experience at this excellent restaurant. Not the first time. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was impeccable. The dishes were a culinary delight, each one beautifully presented and bursting with exquisite flavors. From appetizers to desserts, every course was a work of art that tantalized the senses. high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided thoughtful recommendations. The garden is beautifully laid out.
We are repeat visitors to this restaurant and try to visit a few times each summer and share its magic with old and new friends. We visited recently (June) with my baby and I was anxious that he might be out of place, but the exceptional staff made us more than welcome and were charming throughout. The setting is so lovely and the food most excellent. We shall be returning in August I'll be booking a table today!
We’ve been going here for years. Excellent food, nice service, beautiful, shaded terrace providing a cool respite. Only issue I now have with it is the proxy fixe lunch on weekends. It must be a strategy to ensure that diners are committed to a full (not in expensive meal) on market day. In my opinion a misguided policy.

We dined here as the hotel Henri closes on a Monday. Delighted we did beautiful set menu at a reasonable price with good but not over attentive service. The first tomato course was to die for and the three others not far behind. A leisurely meal served at a great pace for us.
We had a super pleasant lunch here in the back garden after wandering the Sunday market. It was packed so be sure to get a reservation. There is just a single set menu, so no need to have to make any choices— just sit back an relax . Everything was delicious.
Our second time dining at Le Jardin de Quai and lunch time measured up just as well as our first dinner there. The atmosphere, the super friendly staff and the delicious food means we’ll be coming back. I simply can’t fault the experience.

Very friendly people and excellent food. Our foodie (snob) friend had the best ‘tripes’ ever. At the very last moment they even accepted a group reservation for 12.
