We recently held our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Italian Affair Restaurant and it was wonderful. We had booked their private side room, which comfortably accommodated our group of 36. The restaurant is very authentic and the food was amazing. For dessert, we enjoyed homemade ice cream and tiramisu. Laura, our host, provided excellent service and she and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. We are grateful to Italian Affair for their hospitality. I hosted a party at this restaurant. They changed the room on us without warning on the day of the event. They tried to fit 40 people in a small, crowded, and hot room. The server seemed unhappy and was muttering comments and curse words under her breath while slamming trays. When we asked for another drink, she said she had another table to attend to. To add to the frustration, drinks were spilled all over our party belongings during cleanup. I spoke to Laura, who was very apologetic, and I appreciated her response.

We had a fantastic time at Italian Affair. The atmosphere was lovely, the hostesses and waiters were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We came from the city for a concert at a local university concert hall, so we were searching for a restaurant nearby that offered top-quality dining. The restaurant had a wide selection on their bar and menu. We had the pleasure of meeting Giuseppe, the owner, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
eating was decent enough. but the waiter could be better. he never gave the shim for the chair to keep it from baptism on the uneven. he didn't know there were two lamb-coop entrees on the menu, a special one, so we didn't get the one we really wanted. the chocolate cake was dry, but they took it off. the cappuccino at the end of the meal was in a small cup. next time we get americano. they had taken up. it is worth a try.
The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant were excellent. The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in the business, and it truly feels like a taste of Italy. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
