The ultimate meatball sends me on a spiritual journey every time I eat it. It truthfully is the best meatball sub I’ve ever had, and the vibes in the store are absolutely unmatched. The staff are beyond hospitable, super warm and welcoming to everyone that walks in, from a regular to a first time shopper. The only difference between the two is they’ll ALWAYS address their regulars by name. While waiting for my sub I’ll hear the workers saying “hi Tom!” “Hey Caroline, how are you!” “David! My man!” Truthfully a Victoria gem and a must-go.
When your sandwich is so good that after finishing it outside at the table you walk right back in and order a second one you know this place is good. Large sandwich menu. Tons of deli meats ready to be cut for you. Cheeses. Italian imports. Baked goods. This place has it all. I've been twice this week now and I can't wait to go back again. *Edit* I've gone back twice more already. I can't stop. It's so good.
I've been coming here for the past 10+ years every time I'm in Victoria and the food is just as good now as it was back then. Absolutely delicious sandwiches full of flavours. The different sandwich combinations with fresh sauces, spinach, and meats are to die for!!! The buns......wow. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. More than happy to go above and beyond to take care of your needs.
best place in town to take your lunch break! super delicious and affordable menu as well as a great selection of meats, cheeses and dry goods. to top it all off an incredibly kind and helpful staff that get to know you by name and keeps you coming back for more!
Best Cappuccino I've had since Europe. Lovely shop with high quality pasta and a number of other hard to find imported Italian goods such as Calabrian chiles. Would be a regular if we were local. Everything in the deli looked delicious too.
I would like to thank the Segato family for providing us with another enjoyable dining experience. We are always warmly greeted and well taken care of. We will definitely be returning in the future!
