Italian Street Kitchen Bella Vista

last week we had a reservation for lunch. 5 minutes earlier, but were ignored for a few minutes, while the front of the house staff spoke to do with two others about some things with the restaurant. Finally we were acknowledged and shown a table. they have not taken our names or checked the booking. after some time water was brought to the table, but that was it. Finally we had enough of the lack of service and got up and went. I don't think anyone noticed that we were gone. total lack of customer service. we were certainly not the only ones who waited to sit as there were several groups after us that were treated the same. we had a wonderful lunch on the way to the trevi lakeside with great...

you can say that many thoughts were placed in the delicious food, and the interior decoration from the floor to the deck. but why, if they were a beautiful Italian menu in a beautiful Italian style restaurant, why would they play American rap music? if they want to play something from there, at least on sinatra or something. If the music has changed at the next visit, this review is raised up to a 5 stars.

very mediocre eating about everything we have ordered, but the seafood pasta may be the worst thing I have eaten, how generous seafood had a COLD-scalopp, a small garnish, a few mushles and maybe a smash of tiny calamari in a too salty sugo. I know the staff is currently hard to find in Australia, but the service was also abysmal.

Ate here for dinner last night. 100% recommend trying their pumpkin ricotta rovolini! Would come back again :
