Family run hotel in this tiny, adorable village boasts of Michelin Star chefs from father to son. Fine dining with classic French cuisine the helpings are generous and it's a real treat or rather a feast with little extra nibbles like tapas, gazpacho and sweet...little pastries. Service is excellent and you are taken care of from beginning to start. You can have your pick from fois gras, cèpes to pigeon and octopus not forgetting their breads which are excellent. But leave room for dessert as they are exquisite, especially the chocolate&blueberry and banana, coconut, mango&passion fruit combinations. And if you are lucky the star Xavier Isabal might just stop by for a little chat and amuse y...

always wonderfully welcomed here is a establishment protected from the gods.For decades we have come to this establishment without ever being disappointed.The father, brother and now a son make a delicate and delicious cuisine. new touches, nice creations .this year I loved the feet of rossini pig, the marriage with once poached fat is simply sublime. The milk lamb as much!So the service ? efficient, but in addition to good advice for dishes and wine, the best route to go on a sprawl to traditional ventas, the most picturesque hiking paths etc...For our part, we adore the contrast between beams and corian tables...but some can be nostalgic of the pre-hotel wooden tables...Agaçant : c'est une...

Nice hotel restaurant in a pretty Basque village. Very comfortable to sit in, friendly professional service. The food was generally good except for the suckling pig which we all thought was very dry and a bit disappointing, I usually love suckling pig. The deserts on...the fixed price menu were tasty but very rich, no light option offered but I 'm sure they would have provided one if I 'd asked, so my fault. Glad we tried it but not sure I 'd go back again as for me it lacked the 'wow ' factor.

on a trip to the province, what anguish every time spent 2:00 p.m. finding a quality restaurant. Let's get to ainhoa a little before the fatty hour. a look at the right shots and we're heading towards the bistro. Very beautiful map. impeccable service. quality ratio unbeatable price. nestled in the small village of ainhoa this restaurant hotel deserves a break. The terrace is shaded and very pleasant. service is pleasant. I don't know what to say about the kitchen. a dish of the day simple and delicious omelette with girolles and a dish of penne with chorizo and espelette pepper. the airy bet. in short what to delight many taste buds at a reasonable cost.

a beautiful Basque house in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages 30 minutes from the coast and above all an inventive, authentic and warm chef. the dining room is very pleasant, especially in the evening, the service is perfect and the original and tasty dishes. excellent cellar and public of inhabitants or experienced connoisseurs. mixed very well received despite bcp of world service very well for plates my son has taken penne to the chorizo very excellent even my wife a bisque of langoustine fish of the day very good but 3 small square of fish too can I have taken a good burger but I have known mieu by against the fries house not cooked damage but I recommend the establishment
